Owner Occupied – A Dwelling Fire Insurance Policy covers your home and personal property against a loss from fire and other limited perils.

Perils covered include:

A Dwelling Fire Policy can also include liability coverage.

A Dwelling Fire Policy will pay to repair, rebuild, or replace damaged property against loss from a covered peril. Some Dwelling policies provide comprehensive liability coverage for legal and personal liability.

Non-Owner Occupied – This Dwelling Fire Insurance Policy is sometimes referred to as a Landlord’s Policy. This policy covers you if you own a rental home. This policy will pay to repair, rebuild, or replace property with damage resulting from a covered peril. Some Dwelling policies provide comprehensive liability coverage for legal and personal liability.
