Every three years, we conduct routine re-inspections of each home we cover. The inspections are conducted by Insurance Risk Services (IRS).

The re-inspections not only allow us to validate the current condition and value of the properties, but they also ensure that you are adequately covered in the event of a catastrophic loss. The state of a home can change over time, due to additions/upgrades or it can deteriorate due to severe weather or lack of care. The re-inspection process allows us to tailor the right amount of coverage to each home to make sure you and your family have the coverage you need, when you need it most.
